Children at All Hallows

Children – who’d have ’em? – Well we will, and very happily.

We really do appreciate what children bring to the life of the church and we value them greatly. Here are some of the ways we are reaching out to children.

We have a dedicated children’s area in church with many books, toys and craft stuff to keep young minds occupied during services.

On one Sunday a month children may spend part of the service in the hall for Sunday School to inspire their imaginations. On another Sunday per month we change our service to a more accessible one where all ages can feel part of and contribute to.

Then there is SmAll Hallows, a place where pre-school children (and those who accompany them) can, for free, come to have fun, socialise, explore, and learn in a very safe and friendly environment.

We are also excited about developing our Children’s Choir to bring the glorious voices of children into our celebrations and worship.

Contact us here if you think your child may be interested in joining our choir.

When those young people find God through the love of Jesus and the church, they, or their family, may feel that the time is right to acknowledge that special time by coming to God through the ceremony of Baptism (Christening) – you can find out more about that here.
