Community Activities

Shed Group

The All Hallows Shed Group was started some years ago to provide a place where people, of all ages, could get together while undertaking a craft or DIY project. It is a place where they can talk among themselves and help each other resolve any issues they might have, learn from each other and generally enjoy each other’s company. Apart from the social aspect, we are dedicated to supporting the church and its wider community in a very practical way.

The project is based in a small workshop between the church and the church hall.  As with projects such as this people come and go, but over the past couple of years we have maintained a small number of regular members and have concentrated on carrying out a wide range of minor works on behalf of the church and church hall.

Having established a steady base, our hopes and prayers are that the project will continue to provide a worthwhile service for the church and community and that it will grow so that more people can benefit from what it has to offer.

All Hallows Shed Group meet most Mondays between 2:30pm and 4:00pm through the gate between the church and the hall. Newcomers will be made very welcome.

The group is run by Alex Cross who will be pleased to answer your questions or you may contact us here to find out more.
