We give thanks that God has given us a Ministry Team who lead & nurture us, and help us grow stronger together
and in our community.
Our vicar at All Hallows is supported by a Lay Elder, a Churchwarden, a retired Priest, and members of the Parochial Church Council.

Rev Emma Haggar
Emma joined us as our Vicar in October 2023, returning to the parish she was born in! Emma leads many of our Sunday services, as well as running the toddler group and overseeing our study groups. She’s the person to talk to if you’re looking for a wedding, baptism, or funeral, or if you need support and pastoral care for yourself or a loved one.
Emma loves the variety her job brings and especially enjoys chatting with people about Jesus, good TV shows, and where to get the best Chinese takeaway. Emma is a keen musician, an avid reader, and a slow crochet-er.
Here are some people from All Hallows who you may meet.

Vincent Callaghan – Churchwarden
Vincent is our Churchwarden, taking responsibility for the fabric and well-being of the church. He supports our Vicar in her day to day work and in her ceremonial role. Vincent also represents us on the Deanery Synod and makes an active contribution to our worship.

Ven Jen Gosney – Eco Church Lead
Jen is a retired Priest who is a member of our Ministry Team and who champions environmental matters in church life and beyond.
She is a keen walker and is an active member of Suffolk Wildlife Trust.

Obi McKay – Safeguarding
Obi is our Parish Safeguarding Officer. She undertakes the vital role of ensuring that people in positions of responsibility are trained in keeping All Hallows community safe in all aspects of its life. She works with the Diocesan Safeguarding team on any personal safety concerns.

Mitchell Bradshaw – PCC Secretary
Mitchell provides secretarial support to the PCC ensuring that the requirements of the Church of England are adhered to and accurately managed. He is also a member of the Ministry Team in his role as Lay Elder and takes a lead in some elements of worship.

Christine Smith – Hall Hire
Christine is very active in the life of the church. She is likely to be the person you would see at our “Open Door” time.
She is a chorister and plays an important role in managing our church hall facility as well as being involved in many of the administrative and practical tasks associated with supporting a successful church.

Maureen Elie – Deanery Synod Representative
Maureen, alongside Vincent, represents us at the Deanery Synod which provides valuable networking opportunities between the Diocese, Deanery and our Parish.
The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the executive committee of a Church of England parish and consists of ministers and churchwardens of the parish, together with representatives of the laity. Legally the council is responsible for the financial affairs of the church parish and the maintenance of its assets, such as churches and church halls, and for promoting the mission of the church.
